Scheduled Grease Line Jetting for Restaurants in Nashville
The line between the kitchen and the trap coats with grease no matter how good the trap is. Jetting on a schedule keeps it open.

Grease Line Jetting Programs, explained.
Even with a well-kept trap, grease coats the lines that lead to it. Layer by layer the opening shrinks, and a line that is two-thirds closed still passes water until the day it does not.
A grease line jetting program scours those lines on a schedule, every one to two months for most kitchens. We use a nozzle designed to cut grease, watch what comes out and adjust the interval as we learn how fast the line fills.
Signs this plan fits
- Kitchen drains are slow at the end of service
- The line has been cabled and clogged again
- You fry or cook with a lot of fat

Why jet instead of cable?
A cable opens a path. Jetting removes the grease from the pipe wall.
How do you handle the grease?
It is flushed toward the trap or captured according to the setup. We explain it before the visit.
Can the interval change?
Yes. We adjust it as we see how quickly grease returns.
